This form cab be used to request extra patrols for your home. Residents within the Village of Yorkville may submit a request for home checks when on vacation or in other circumstances when the home will be unoccupied. Incident and accident reports can be requested in person at the Yorkville Police Department headquarters. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date of the incident for processing. You must provide a valid case number and government-issued identification.
