Village of Yorkville Premise Checks Form

This form cab be used to request extra patrols for your home. Residents within the Village of Yorkville may submit a request for home checks when on vacation or in other circumstances when the home will be unoccupied. (NOTE: This submission does not initiate an immediate police response. If an officer needs to respond immediately, contact us at (315) 736-8331 (Non-emergency) or 911 (Emergency).

How can I obtain a copy of a police report?

Incident and accident reports can be requested in person at the Yorkville Police Department headquarters. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date of the incident for processing. You must provide a valid case number and government-issued identification.

How do I report a non-emergency incident?

For all non-life-threatening situations, minor property damage, or noise complaints, please contact our 24/7 dispatch office at (315) 736-8331. For emergencies involving immediate danger or crimes in progress, always dial 911.
